Ghana FDA Product Registration Support
At Lueur Cosmetics Lab, we provide comprehensive support for registering cosmetic products manufactured by us with the Ghana Food and Drugs Authority (FDA). We guide our clients through the process, ensuring their products are fully compliant and market-ready.
REQUIREMENTS
To register your product with the FDA, you will need to provide:
- Business Certificate: A copy of your business certificate from the Registrar General’s Department, proving your business is registered in Ghana.
- Product Samples: Six fully labeled, ready-to-sell samples of each product you intend to register. If your product has different sizes or variants (e.g., fragrances), you will need to provide two additional samples for each variant.
Product Validity and Fees
- Validity: FDA approval for your product is valid for up to three years.
- Registration Fee:
- Standard registration: GHS 300 per product. Process takes 3-6 months
- Fast-track registration: GHS 900 per product (optional for faster processing). Process takes 1-2 months
- Administrative Costs:
- For two products, the documentation and use of our manufacturing license costs GHS 650, in addition to the registration fee.
- For a single product, the administrative fee is GHS 400, plus the registration fee.
